I’m 6’.5” (rounded up AND down on scale/app input). Checked my profile on app & it knocked me down to 5’. Re-input to 6’. Exited profile & upon return back to 5’. Keeps occurring each time adjustment attempted.

i think i wanna understand how my body behaves in 3 months while starting with sports and better food. the app works for that with my weigher.. love it

It was working well all of a sudden it stopped loading data on the I phone . Please help

The only reason I give 1 star is because it records my data from the scales and shared it with Apple data. I can only view the most recent data on the Home Screen. It has been like that for about a year now.

I face a lot of difficulties to log in my account. Lots of error messages need to fix! Also, I did not find a way to add another member to my account! It's just such a terrible app!

Bluetooth works the first couple times, then stops working entirely. I switched devices hoping that would fix it and again it worked a couple times and then stopped. I guess I’ll manually input the data from my body composition into excel, but that is way more work than what I wanted when I paid extra for the scale with the app.

No data sent from scal to the app on my iPhone

App crashes immediately since IOS updated to 13.1.2. Help!

Very difficult to set up. And even then, half the time the Bluetooth connection doesn’t work and the app does not recognize your scale.

Very poor app or devices! I had tried for many hours to get the app to recognize the TargetScale device but no way!

App funktioniert auf iPad schon seit Monaten nicht mehr. Öffnet App, zeigt aber nur das Logo. Echt schade

Can't convert to pounds. Intermittent connection.

It doesn't work at all. It just turns off by itself. Maybe it's because I use older model of iphone, but all other apps work fine.

I have been trying to love this app for 9 months now as I invested in the scale, and it's just awful. Don't try to use in imperial - it can't handle, and graphs are a mess, as are lost/gained weight messages - they are backwards! Guys, PLEASE fix this pathetic app!!

Its been a great app, but recent updates have made this buggy. No matter what I do I cannot get my weight scale reading to appear on the dashboard. Tried uninstalling, reinstallting, login in out, powering on off. TIRING. VERY TIRING. Seems like developer cannot resist to keep messing with an app. Adding more stuff, making it more complicated, more difficult to use and finally more unreliable. Users dont share your interest or time to mess about debugging your software. KEEP IT SIMPLE AND RELIABLE. Now I have wasted 90mins on this.

Good app

It doesn't sync with IPhone Health App

I'm using this app. Since about 6 months and Think the previous version, thout not so good either, was even better than the present.

This app is graphically beautiful. Easy to use

The app would not sync reliably with my scale. With the latest version this seems to be fixed, but now there are other problems: BMI is calculated wrong (the App shows a higher BMI at a weight of 82.4 kg than for 83.4 kg), and my birthdate resets in the setting upon quitting the App.

Very good and visual app. But it works only with connection VitaDock.

Всё хорошо, но раздражает, что приложение работает только под учетной записью. Пароль нужно придумать, чтоб система приняла, пять раз вводил и с буквами и с цифрами и с заглавными и ничего - у вас простой пароль, да мне не нужны сервисы, мне нужно приложение, запустил и пользуешься, хочу просто видеть свои данные на телефоне, а не очередную учетную запись создавать, да еще с такими сложностями. Зачем? Зачем. Поставил и удалил, к чёрту.
